As Executive Advisor, Mike leverages more than 45 years as a leader in the automotive industry to provide strategic guidance and expert insights to the Executive Leadership Team and customer leadership. He advises on long-term planning, business strategies, and growth opportunities, while helping identify risks and trends in the automotive aftermarket.

Mike brings expansive expertise in multi-site business development from his 15 years as Director of Automotive Repair Networks for AAA, Inc., where he earned the highest level of credibility among AAA/CAA Clubs. He developed a business model that helped Clubs open repair facilities, resulting in 173 new Club-owned locations across the U.S. and Canada. Mike also spent 19 years with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., serving in various management roles, including General Manager of Operations. In that role, he oversaw field operations across five regions for more than 1,000 retail facilities and 5,000+ team members, with sales of $900 Million.
