As COO, Jeremiah oversees all operational services, driving sales objectives, performance improvement, product and service solutions, and key stakeholder relationships. He also leads Club Assist’s Learning & Development, Digital Products, and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless alignment with customer needs. Under his leadership, our services are strategically designed to exceed expectations and optimize service delivery.

Jeremiah joined Club Assist in 2013 and has held various executive leadership roles overseeing Product and Technical Development, Product Strategy, Marketing, and Business Change. After serving nine years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, Jeremiah managed large-scale engineering projects and corporate initiatives in the oil and gas industry. A graduate of the University of Florida, he holds an MBA, as well as his Project Management Professional certification.
