Prior to her role at Club Assist, Christine amassed an impressive 22-year career with a national restaurant chain, overseeing a workforce of over 3,000 employees and managing $150 million in revenue. During her tenure, she played a key role in the company’s remarkable growth from seven locations to over 125.

Christine’s expertise spans strategic HR leadership, learning and development, HRIS technology, employee relations, talent acquisition, total rewards, policy development, and workplace safety. She attended the University of Florida and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
