The 2023 AAA/CAA Conference of Independent Clubs took place in Greenville, South Carolina. Just 30 miles east of the conference location is Spartanburg, home of the only BMW assembly facility in the United States. Club Assist was proud to sponsor the BMW Factory Tour where delegates from more than 15 small AAA/CAA Clubs and AAA, Inc. got to experience the past, present, and future of the Ultimate Driving Machine at the BMW Museum. The South Carolina manufacturing plant has the highest production volume of all BMW plants worldwide, currently producing approximately 1,500 vehicles per day, producing BMW SUV models including the X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, and SM.
