AAA/CAA Clubs must opt in for E-Invoicing before Battery Service Providers can incorporate electronic invoicing into their battery business. Technicians will access E-Invoices using the Toolbox app. Call your Club Assist Representative to opt in today!
LOCALIZED, CUSTOMIZED E-INVOICING
Provider Portal on My.ClubAssist.com
Once a AAA/CAA Club opts in for E-Invoicing, Providers will be given access to their own personal “My Station” portal on My.ClubAssist.com. There, they can customize E-Invoices to reflect local taxes and fees, along with items and services sold by their station. Providers can even create custom messages for Members on their E-Invoices.
Going paperless eliminates lost, damaged, or hard-to-read handwritten invoices; saves money by reducing the purchase of paper invoices; and provides a permanent digital file of each transaction that is emailed to Members.
E-INVOICING AVAILABLE ANYWHERE
E-Invoicing is provided through the Toolbox app, which operates regardless of connectivity. If an E-Invoice is created in an area with no internet connectivity, it is stored on Toolbox until an area of connectivity is reached. At that time, the E-Invoice is automatically sent, and its information will upload to the Provider’s “My Station” portal on My.ClubAssist.com.
Club Assist will continue to offer paper invoices for those that favor them. However, we strongly recommend that Providers transition to E-Invoicing.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Customer and Member Information
Club Assist does not retain any customer and Member information. However, we do store information that relates to the battery’s warranty, such as the ID number, battery SKU, VIN number, and the price of purchase.
Members who wish to keep their email address private will require a paper invoice. For streamlined station record keeping, it is recommended that an E-Invoice be generated for the station.
