Battery Recycling

Lead Acid Batteries distributed by Club Assist are made using recycled lead and plastic. We recycle every battery we replace using EPA-approved recycling centers. We take pride in having a long-standing history of environmental protection and a company-wide commitment to sustainability practices.

Our battery recycling programs are designed to maximize collection rates of used automotive batteries in every market we serve. We proudly recycle 99% of each battery core we collect.

As a direct result of recycling services provided by Club Assist for our partners throughout North America, we have helped to:

Recycle 1.5 million automotive batteries annually

Keep over 200 million pounds of lead and 20 million pounds of plastic out of landfills

Reclaim lead, plastic, and acid for reuse in the production of new automotive batteries

Encourage motorists throughout the U.S. and Canada to recycle their automotive batteries.
