Christine Fields, Chief People Officer and Corporate Secretary, drives organizational excellence at Club Assist by aligning people strategies with business objectives to strengthen performance, growth, and employee engagement. Her leadership encompasses Human Resources, Safety, Health & Wellbeing, Training and Learning & Development, and the Project Management Office. As Corporate Secretary, she also supports effective Board governance and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Club Assist in 2024, Christine spent 22 years with a national restaurant chain, overseeing more than 3,000 employees and $150 million in revenue. She played a key role in the company’s expansion from seven locations to more than 125. Christine is passionate about developing leaders, unlocking employee potential, and building a culture where people thrive.

Her expertise spans strategic HR leadership, talent development, employee relations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness. She attended the University of Florida and holds the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
